We've been extremely busy recruiting over the past 12 months here at Logically, hiring over 100 new members of staff globally. We tracked all the Interview, hiring and onboarding data, and the results are in: 100% of new employees are proud to say they work at Logically 100% of new employees agreed their team was welcoming 95% agree they can see themselves working here in over 2 years time 95% agree that their manager has sufficient and regular communication with them over 90% agree that they were given clear understanding of the onboarding process and finally, what im most proud of ... My experience here does not match what was promised at interview - 0% agreed :)
