This month, we join our Black/African American-focused Employee Resource Group, ASPIRE, in celebration of Black History Month. ASPIRE has chosen “Moving from Conversation to Action” as this year’s Black History Month theme in effort to move beyond conversations that evolved around the social injustice events in 2020 and take action with a goal to provide meaningful change in our communities. We look forward to taking part in activities and virtual events all month-long in celebration of leaders and change makers moving the needle forward in excellence.

As the pandemic continues to leave many non-profit organizations challenged with their normal operations and funding, the Emerging Professionals ERG has stepped up to assist community partners in need by mobilizing their 500+ members to volunteer virtually throughout the month.
