In recent times when working from home has become the norm, it was really nice for the MediaVision team to congregate in our newly decorated office last week. Together we had an open, honest conversation about the values and beliefs that MediaVision want to stand by and surely enough already do. 'Community' was one word that was repetitively mentioned. We all agreed this word encompasses so many positive things, such as health, comfort, growth, empowerment, the list goes on! It is a crucial element in creating/ maintaining strong internal & external relationships and remaining happy in our place of work.
