October marked the commencement of our Methods Cyber Academy, a pivotal component of our GRAVITATE initiative. We proudly welcomed six Cyber Security Consultants into the Methods family, enrolling them in an intensive 12-week in-house development programme. Aligning with SIFA, our new additions will undergo a rigorous onboarding process. This comprehensive programme will immerse them in the realm of cyber security, covering diverse aspects, from understanding frameworks and their implementation to mastering ISO standards best practices. They will delve into the complexities of different risk types, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies, and even explore risk governance while working towards obtaining relevant certifications, including achieving two industry recognised qualifications in Risk Management. On completion of the 12-week programme, the Cyber Security Consultants will be integrated into our Cyber & Technical Advisory Portfolio. Supported through: ✔ mentoring ✔ job shadowing ✔ on-the-job training ✔ the freedom to develop and grow skills and experience in a supportive and collaborative environment ✔ development, enabling progression to a Senior Cyber Security Consultant. Pergola in Paddington was the scene for the highly anticipated Methods Group summer party. Greeted by juggling and fire-eating performers, 282 guests indulged in delicious street food and free-flowing liquid refreshment. Magicians mesmerised and saxophonists serenaded as we enjoyed hard-fought games of Jenga, Table Tennis, and Beer Pong. The photo booth captured moments of joy and hilarity, and the glitter face paint sparkled as we danced the night away in the stunning summer venue. To top it off, we took home much-needed revival goody bags. What an amazing time we had!

And we know this figure because for the first time LGBTQ+ people were officially counted as part of the 2021 Census (double monumental moment as it was also the first digital census ever!) For this community this was a truly historic moment as after years of invisibility, they are now officially part of our country’s story. This framework is designed for buyers to further complete larger and more complex requirements for cloud support services to help them transition to cloud software or hosting services for the following categories: - Planning - Setup and Migration - Security Services - Quality Assurance and Performance Testing - Training and Ongoing support. We are pleased to announce that Methods Business and Digital Technology has been appointed to the latest iteration of the G-Cloud framework, G-Cloud 13. This framework will run until 23 August 2023. G-Cloud 13 will replace G-Cloud 12 and will continue to provide cloud hosting and software services, together with associated support services to the UK central government departments and all other public sector bodies. Methods Group appointed to the Big Data and Analytics framework We are delighted to announce that Methods Group has been appointed to the Big Data and Analytics framework which runs from 10 August 2022 to 9 August 2024. This framework offers a central route to market for all Big Data and Analytics requirements. By offering a range of buying options and pricing mechanisms, it will enable competitive and agile procurements across a specialist pool of Suppliers. Methods BDT, Methods Analytics and CoreAzure will be providing specialist data services through the following lots: Lot 1: Design, Build and Run Provision of ‘design, build and run’ big data and analytics services. Lot 2: User research participants: Provision of COTS software specifically for big data and analytics capabilities, available as either on prem, cloud, or hybrid. Methods has been a supplier on the many CCS frameworks for a number of years, and we look forward to supporting customers with their data and analytics requirements though this new framework.
