This afternoon I got to send an email to the business I've been waiting to send since we first talked about it on International Women's Day: Today, Montreal Associates announces Paid Parental leave at 16 weeks full pay for all primary carers. For a business of our size and within our industry, this is pretty unique. It's no surprise that current research suggests 80% of the gender pay gap is down to women taking career breaks due to maternity.
