Numerator data is now featured in the new 2.0 version of the Chicago Fed Advance Retail Trade Summary (CARTS). We are pleased to be included as a data source "to better cover the space of noncard transactions...that tracks U.S. retail spending from detailed receipt-level data." Using Numerator data, the Federal Reserve's new CARTS projection correctly predicted that retail and food services sales excluding autos increased 0.4% month-over-month in December.
