At the launch of the Singapore Fintech Festival today, we announced how our customers will be the first to be able to use Google Pay to make P2P transactions in January 2020. Google and us share the same customer-centric approach to enabling seamless digital payments – an open-loop payments ecosystem. Google Pay will offer customers a unique proposition for making payments that is frictionless and requires no extra hoops for customers to jump through to access their bank account funds.
