Reflecting on a vibrant March!👐 To kick off the month, our Families and Carers Network shared individual stories to our internal team, sharing how different every person's Mother's Day can be, but also showing support, as this time of year can be difficult for many. We celebrated International Women's Day, showing our support for all achievements made by Women. Stores were giving away a daffodil to every woman who came into store on Friday 8th March, to show they are appreciated💛. We shared messages, blogs, facts and recipes to support those during Ramadan and to create awareness around Eid. Colleagues were provided with the opportunity to join in with a day of fasting to support fellow colleagues. Through a powerful partnership with Olio, we've embarked on a life-changing journey, saving over 155,000 meals and supporting 14,000 families on the path to security. Easter was celebrated throughout March, colleagues donated treats to local communities, schools, hospitals and more, helping spread joy around Easter. We also gave customers the opportunity to nominate a community of their choice to be gifted a thousand pound grant. We celebrated Neurodiversity Week from 18th - 24th March, with our inclusive approach to supporting individuals with disabilities at One Stop. Shining the light on our Disability Network.
