Last month as part of our Mental Health Awareness initiatives, we hosted a series of live webinars for employees in partnership with NFP, our pensions and benefits broker. The sessions focused on key areas of financial wellbeing, including mortgages, financial planning, and pensions—with a company plan update. Financial challenges are among the most common contributors to mental health issues, which is why supporting our employees in this area is so important. In addition to the webinars, employees had the opportunity to book confidential, one-to-one consultations with NFP at no cost, providing personalised support when it’s needed most. Throughout the year, we'll continue to support mental health through various initiatives, both inside and outside the workplace.
