"Creativity. I love being able to create something brand new. I adore understanding the intricacies of what I am developing. I thrive when I am in a setting where I can take an imaginative leap. What's your top #LifeHack? "Don't be afraid to try/do something new, especially early in your career - but I imagine that this would work for more seasoned employees as well. What attracted you to Qualtrics in the first place? "What first attracted me to Qualtrics was meeting a friend of mine for a coffee after she posted about an Account Executive role on LinkedIn. We worked in a co-working space together and having seen her work day-to-day, I knew that we had a lot of similar values in terms of the type of role and company we want to work in. She was really impressed with Qualtrics, the solution, and her role as an Account Executive for the UK market. Hearing her speak so passionately about it made me want to apply. We are now on the same team one and a half years later!"
