We are deeply saddened by the tragic civil unrest across our nation and the unconscionable death of George Floyd. This is a painful time for our country and for us as we reflect on the deeply ingrained injustices that still exist in our world today. Over the past week, unrest fueled by high emotion has increasingly disrupted communities within the regions where many of our employees live, travel and work. As always, our priority is the safety of our people and we are separately making accommodations for any individuals directly or indirectly impacted by regional unrest to help ensure their wellbeing.

Going the (Social) Distance! âHave a Nice Day, From Six Feet Away!â is a motto that Radial sites are emphasizing through newly-appointed Social Distance Championsâand they are finding some creative ways to get their point across. In our âIndyâ fulfillment center located in Brownsburg, Indiana, Champions such as Marco Ramirez, are carrying visual aids to demonstrate proper spacing between individuals in their work areas, reminding employees to sanitize regularly, and helping to translate these important messages for our associates practicing English as a second language. The Indy Champions wear safety vests customized by Jennifer Heitert, Radial eTime specialist and avid crafter. Jennifer designed custom graphics to enhance visibility and used her own vinyl cutting machine to create the finishing touches. The team made sure that Champions literally carry forth the message to âBe Kindâ as theyâre making rounds throughout the facility.
