Last year, our Workin’ Moms of Renaissance employee resource group launched "Thank Yous from Moms", a twice-yearly recognition campaign where moms at Renaissance nominate colleagues who live up to our company values and help create a work environment where moms feel supported as both caregivers and employees. During the most recent campaign, 10+ employees were acknowledged for "always showing support, empathy, kindness, guidance, and humor to other working moms".
