It's National Intern Day! Here's a shout out to our Renaissance interns who are making a difference. We asked Emily, Government Affairs intern: what's your favorite part about interning for Renaissance? Her answer: the environment! "It's my favorite part about this experience, as it allows me to learn and grow without being afraid to ask for help. Everyone wants me to succeed and learn, which has allowed me to do just that."

To her, allyship is "using one’s influence - and privilege - to support another’s fair treatment and advancement." She feels that Renaissance does a great job at encouraging allyship, accepting employee feedback, and "listening before acting".
Preston, Renaissance Account Manager, and his New York area colleagues recently hit the fairway to participate in the 2023 "It's For The Kids" charity golf tournament in support of the Monroe One Boces Educational Foundation in Walworth, NY. Team Renaissance proudly took home the championship & donated their winnings back to the cause. Way to go!
