Meet Ron Gilbert, Air Force veteran, foster parent, and school bus aide with All-Star Transportation CT in Torrington. Ron has spent his life serving others. From his time as a crew chief on an F-100D fighter jet to supporting students with special needs on the school bus, his dedication is unmatched. The New Hampshire School Transportation Association (NHSTA) recently hosted its annual Safe Driver and Mechanic Awards Dinner, celebrating the dedication of school bus drivers and technicians across the state. Dozens of our drivers were honored for reaching safe driving milestones, recognized in five-year increments. Technicians were also celebrated for their outstanding commitment to maintaining the safety and reliability of our fleet. We’re proud of our team’s continued excellence and dedication to the communities we serve. Thank you for all you do to keep students safe every day.
