Together Apart September and Oct saw us come together in London and Rome to meet those new to Soldo and to reconnect with colleagues from across the business. As well as checking in with people it was also a chance to share ideas, plan ahead and discuss what 2023 holds for us and our customers. We've relaunched our Development Fund Here at Soldo we want everyone to have the chance to grow as we grow and so we've relaunched our Development Fund. Every year, every Soldo team member (who has worked for us for 6 months or more) will receive £500 or €500 depending on where they work to spend on their own development. This can be books, courses, language lessons, conferences - the list is endless and the opportunities limitless. We’re going Carbon Neutral! One of the big commitments we made as an organisation this year was to look at ways to reduce our carbon footprint. The first step on this journey was to identify and appoint a carbon accounting tool partner, meaning we can measure our emissions and take positive actions towards achieving net zero. And so we’re proud to announce our partnership with Watershed who are leaders in their field and work with companies such as Monzo, Spotify, Stripe and Wise. We’re conscious of the need to have an action plan to fight climate change and Watershed will help us to implement a rigorous climate programme to meet our goals.
