A Note from Source Marketing Direct, We have been made aware of the notice applied to our Glassdoor profile. As an engaged employer of Glassdoor, we are by way of addressing the issue, wanting to shed some perspective from our position. Glassdoor is an excellent platform for individuals to share their experiences with a broader audience anonymously. It has been known on more than several occasions I have been contacted by individuals threatening to damage the reputation of my business by leaving false and defamatory reviews of my company if I don't send them money.
I have reached out to Glassdoor to see what measures they have in place for businesses such as my own who are being exploited by unethical Glassdoor community members.
