Her exceptional work ethic, strong customer service skills, and attention to detail quickly led to her promotion to Operations Manager. In this role, she oversaw a portfolio of clients and security officers in New Jersey. In September 2021, Jackie was promoted again to Senior Operations Manager, expanding her responsibilities to include overseeing a team of operations managers and a wider client portfolio. Beyond managing her internal team, Jackie serves as the primary client liaison, ensuring contractual compliance and maintaining strong client relationships.

Senior Operations Manager Jason Burton and Business Development Manager Shaun Root attended the IMRON Security and Safety Summit at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana, home of the NFL Indianapolis Colts, earlier this month. There were numerous speakers and panels covering the topics of cybersecurity, obtaining funding for security, and physical security, as well as Keynote Speaker Chris Grollnek, who is identified as the nation's leading active shooter prevention expert. Numerous vendors and attendees from all different aspects of the law enforcement and security fields were on site. Sunstates supports a culture of continuous learning, encouraging employees to stay updated on the evolving security landscape by attending events such as this one. After a day of informational sessions, Jason and Shaun were lucky enough to tour the stadium.
