Sarah Curtis, Director of Sales Enablement, works in our Sales Ops department, responsible for driving (and exceeding) predictable bookings and revenue. In her role, she helps build and execute programs and processes that make it easier for Tangoe sales people and renewal specialists to engage customers in order to: build pipeline, move deals through to closed/won, and win bigger deals in a quick and predictable way. This includes managing a full time sales trainer and full time proposal writer who both share those goals. They deliver things like sales new hire training, process documentation, RFPs, and compensation programs. She love being on the sales team—because of the culture of respect, success, fun…and winning!
