TDG ACCELERATES CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM WITH INVESTMENTS IN CONVERT GROUP & FIRST PARTY CAPITAL We are further accelerating our corporate development program and we are very happy to announce our new investments in Convert Group and First Party Capital. Convert Group is a leading Digital Market Intelligence firm; their technology enables FMCG and Consumer Healthcare Companies to access actionable commercial, marketing and eCommerce data – all in a seamlessly unified way. TDG has participated in the company’s most recent financing round, which will be used to accelerate Convert Group’s product development and power their global expansion. First Party Capital is a Marketing and Advertising technology-focused fund, headquartered in London, launched by a team of industry veterans that have built, funded and sold over 50 tech startups in the last two decades. Their three main investment pillars are Identity and Privacy, Emerging Channels and Infrastructure and Automation. The investor network includes some of the most experienced and successful people in the industry.
TDG kicked-off 2022 with its annual strategy event From February 21 to 24, more than 230 employees from TDG and portfolio companies in 6 time zones came together to participate in our group’s annual strategy event for 2022. The event’s underlying theme was the forward-looking open-ended phrase: “Dear Future…”. A more human future which we are shaping and building together. It is inspired by the numerous possibilities that we can create and capture driven by the ingenuity and motivation of our teams. TDG’s Strategy Event was a unique chance to glimpse the future through educational workshops, visionary talks, fireside chats with experts, collaborative and team-building fun activities.
THINKDIGITAL GROUP AWARDED CYBER ESSENTIALS CERTIFICATION Cyber Essentials is a government-backed scheme designed to help organizations protect themselves against the most common cyber-attacks. During 2021, we held a series of compliance trainings around technical controls of our IT Infrastructure to help us strengthen our cyber defence. The programme consisted of five control pillars: Firewalls, Secure Configurations, User Access Control, Malware Protection and Patch Management. Cyber Essentials Certification for an ongoing Commitment The Cyber Essentials certification reflects on our commitment to ensure that both our clients and suppliers can rely on the highest standards of protection, compliance and security. The accreditation is part of our TDG strategy to evolve and meet the cyber security challenges of the future and protect customer data, by following best-practice internal security protocols.
TDG HOSTS ITS “DAY BY THE BEACH” EVENT IN PERSON AGAIN The group is on track to hit its financial targets for 2021. Welcomes 65 new “thinkers”. Thinkers from TDG offices across EMEA came together for TDG’s mid-year event, “Day by the Beach”, on Tuesday 28th of September 2021. The event marked the first such occasion to happen physically after 18 months. During the event, TDG announced that is on track to exceed Revenues of €40m for 2021 and welcomed 65 new professionals that joined the company in 2021. Thinkers spent an energizing day with company updates, discussions around the most important business successes, and topic-focused workshops. The event was also an opportunity to connect with colleagues and meet new team members face to face again. Thinkers also enjoyed a great and chilling time by the pool and the beach with food and flavors. The event followed all the necessary heath safety and attendance measures in accordance with the laws and guidelines of the Greek State to ensure that all enjoyed the best experience safely.
