I hope you have a great day off, connecting with loved ones across the pond, eating yummy food & enjoying some fireworks 🎇 🇺🇸#creatingmomentsthatmatter Over here in the UK I find myself in our UK HQ thinking about what we could be celebrating then after admiring how much the below number has increased even in my short tenure (compared to our TG lifers, who have many more years on me) is something that deserves a mention. I joined Topgolf Uk back in November 2022, so what’s changed since I’ve started ? Honestly ? Nothing and everything all the once, I’ll elaborate .. Nothing = our unique culture, it’s the constant part of my everyday, that has me belly laughing with colleagues, sharing ideas without fear of judgement and being encouraged to just be me (I am like marmite, not for everyone 🤣) …. But for me literally culture was my number 1 reason I applied to Topgolf and it was the driving force behind me hitting that apply button 🥰 Everything = Topgolf UK is where this incredible business started and it’s no secret we’re now worldwide but back to my point everything has changed.
At Topgolf it’s in our DNA to encourage play; no matter who you are or where you are from, we want you to have FUN ! Play is always on the TOP 😉of the agenda for us, in the spirit of fun, I have riddle for you !! What can a business not function without? Who creates the moments that matter? Chaos would rule without them? PEOPLE Experience teams of course 😜 Culture and teams simply cannot thrive without in person connections ! We know one key ingredient is FUN! Yeah I said it belly laughing, Hawaain shirt wearing, pineapple sunglasses/ beach ball throwing .. FUN! 🌞🕶️🌺🏖️🩳🐚 🔑Takeaway - There are some BIG rocks but we know we can ALWAYS rely on this international team to deliver on FUN. Of course sometimes the big rocks will fall where we hadn’t planned, some won’t move as quickly as we hoped and some may never move, as we might learn they are well/better placed where they are and that’s ok ☺️ Our people will rally to do what needs to be done as #oneteam

The Easter Bunny arrived early today to kick off Playmaker appreciation week at Topgolf Surrey. We are all about recognition and rewards at Topgolf - so what better way to say thank you to our playmakers than with Easter Eggs & Easter treats. Thank you to all our red shirts who have shown all the core values in the last 4 weeks whilst our venue is renovated. Having the #courage to deliver #fun training, Showing #excellence and #one team in getting the venue ready for re-opening and showing #caring in all they do. Topgolf appreciates all you do!
VENUE: SURREY WHITE LODGE FIREWALK 2024 🔥 Topgolf is a place that cares. It’s one of our cultural values and also a promise. Topgolf also gives back to the communities we serve. Each of our current UK venues work with a local charity to volunteer and help with charitable events. A massive well done and shout out to Luke Greaves and Andrew Wright who braved the hot coals and did a Fire walk last Saturday to raise vital funds for White Lodge. This will help continue support disabled children, young adults and adults in the community. They collectively raised over £410 which is amazing! Thank you both! #caring 🥰🌟
