This week we announced the appointment of Sara Furber as Chief Financial Officer.
It’s been over a year since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, and it’s safe to say that a lot has changed. To reflect on what was such a challenging and unprecedented year for many, our CEO, Lee Olesky, and President, Billy Hult, recently sat down together in our New York office to discuss the past 12 months.
Last week our Diversity & Inclusion Committee and our Women’s Network hosted an internal event, ‘Securing a Seat at the Table’ with special guest Minda Harts, CEO of The Memo, LLC and author of The Memo. During the discussion, we explored some of the obstacles faced by women of color in the workplace as well as steps we can take individually and as a firm to eliminate them.
