We are always looking for opportunities to support and nurture our Yapsters beyond their day-to-day job. We are currently running a Lunch and Learn series to do just that 🙌 Our Yapsters learn a new skill over lunch 🌮 90 minutes of tailored courses and inspirational workshops that give insight into a new subject, providing the opportunity to also build relationships with colleagues across the business. The most recent session was ‘Accentuate The Positive – Develop Your IQ, EQ, RQ' 🧠 it was a great session and opened up some great discussion points amongst our Yapsters.

Here’s how we’re doing it 👇🏾 🤝 We host regular financial wellbeing workshops in partnership with global insurance business NFP. 💭 These workshops are short and sweet (just 15 minutes) and are designed to offer employees quick tips and truly actionable advice. 🧠 This helps our people better control their finances, make smarter financial decisions, and plan for a comfortable retirement.
