With over two thirds1 of senior executives recognising the value of a diverse workforce, how many employees agree that it’s the secret for a successful business? It’s important to remember that diversity is about more than just company demographics. It encapsulates everything from work ethic, organisational thought processes, communication and management style.
In order to find out which UK employers have successfully created a culture of diversity, we turned to Glassdoor company reviews, contributed anonymously by employees all year round. The following highlights 11 randomly selected UK employers whose employees have shared reviews and highlighted that diversity at work is one of the best reasons to work at the company2.
