Breakfast Waiter / Waitress – Locke Canary Wharf

Locke Canary Wharf, a brand-new hotel joining the White Rabbit Projects portfolio in one of London's most exciting neighbourhoods, and we're building the team from the ground up. If you're a morning person with a passion for genuine hospitality and a sharp eye for detail, we want you front and centre at breakfast.

As a Breakfast Waiter or Waitress, you'll be the first face guests see each day. That matters. You'll set the tone, create the mood, and make sure every guest leaves the table feeling looked after, whether they're heading into a big meeting or exploring the city for the first time.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering a warm, attentive breakfast service from opening through to close of service
• Greeting and seating guests, taking food and drink orders with confidence and care
• Maintaining impeccable table standards throughout, mise en place, presentation, and pace
• Supporting your team during busy service periods with a calm, collaborative approach
• Upholding allergen awareness and food safety standards at all times
• Contributing to a positive guest experience that keeps people coming back

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or café environment (front-of-house)
• A genuine warmth with guests, you remember the small things and act on them
• The ability to work early mornings and weekends as part of a rotating schedule
• Someone who holds themselves to a high standard, and raises the bar for everyone around them
• A team player who's also self-sufficient when the floor is busy
