It was an in person interview, did not hear back after the interview. Emailed the person in HR to ask for some feedback, got no response, felt like it is incredibly disrespectful to ghost candidates after requiring them to travel and interview in person. It has been over 3 weeks, no reply to the email sent.
3 stages - teams call with Group FD, face to face with Group FD and final stage with CFO. Was a fairly smooth process, most questions were aimed towards getting an understanding of my past experience. Process was spoiled at the end when I was ghosted by the recruitment manager after the final stage. How hard is it to send a candidate a rejection email after 3 stages.
