Internal Sales/Customer Service/ All rounder

We're hiring !

Looking to set the motions in place to train and mentor a new member of staff, with the intention on replacing a valued and hardworking member of the team, upon her retirement next April.

Training timespan 8 months

MON - FRI 7:30-5:30 ( INCLUDING 1 HOUR LUNCH)

EVERY OTHER SATURDAY 8-12:00

Duties include;

• Internal sales
• Store work
• Occasional van driving
• Administrative work

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Provide information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, representing the company positively.
• Internal sales activity, ensuring proactivity at all times.
• General stores work, booking in goods, picking goods, replenishing shelves etc.
• Delivering goods with the use of the company's van or car.
• General administrative work, from processing banking duties, credit / debit notes and ensuring supplier relations etc.
