Cons
I've observed that AXA XL tends to hire many family members, partners, or even their own children, which creates a sense of exclusion for others. It feels like an insider's club, often leaving newcomers feeling like they’re on the outside immediately. The environment also seems to be predominantly female, giving it a somewhat "women’s club" atmosphere, where men often feel marginalized or ostracized.
Additionally, there is very little formal training provided. Typically, the only guidance comes from whoever is available at the moment, with different people offering their own version of "training." New hires are often thrust into work immediately without a clear understanding of expectations or career progression. There’s no defined path for advancement, and longer-term employees—those with over five years—seem to receive special treatment, which can further create a sense of inequality within the company.
