Pros
Great work life balance. You have the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week that work for you. Global company. It’s not uncommon to have calls with people from 2-3 different regions. Opportunity to travel. The company is big on collaboration and being face to face and they aren’t afraid to pay for it. Work moves fast. They are starting to grow up a bit but they still have a move fast culture. Local offices are all a little different and they are fun to visit. Good lunch in the office where people do unplug.
Cons
Structure is lacking so you often need to build it which can be distracting and inefficient. Communication is not the greatest. There is room for improvement with representation in leadership. Performance management can be improved but they recognize it and are trying.
