Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the schedule, and the customers that service your branch. We do ensure associates have a flexible schedule and are scheduled for 40 hours unless a position requires additional hours or if associates volunteer for more hours. We hope that you will contact Human Resources in the future so that we can better resolve your concerns.

We’re thrilled to hear you appreciate the easy work environment, great pay, and flexibility with time off — that’s exactly the balance we aim to create.
And point taken on the Tootsie Rolls! 🍬 While the chocolate ones are a classic, we’ll keep the fruity request on our radar. Thanks for keeping things lighthearted — little things like this make the workplace even more enjoyable.

They never give you 40hrs always under. You never get a sat & sun, you have to work either day. You never get a lunch break in peace, if there is a customer you can't ever have one.

Thank you for your feedback. We do ask that all associates work a one weekend day, this was disclosed when applying and receiving the position. We are a retail like business and we want to ensure our customers have the best service when we are the busiest. However, we also want to ensure our associates have time off with their families too. If there are days you would like to have off for special occasions, your branch and district leaders usually allow that request. I am sorry that things did not work out with us while you were employed here, but we do wish you all the success in your future employment endeavors.
