I have been with AIS company quite a few years and have really enjoyed the culture, benefits, and career growth opportunities. This is a company that cares about its employees! Some really cool project opportunities!

I don't have any at this time.

I've learned a lot from them and it has helped me advance my career here. - Lots of learning opportunities both hands-on and in training meetings. - Projects are interesting, related work is enjoyable and different every day and work is challenging but not frustrating. - Pay, benefits and company culture are all good too. - Management cares about their employees.

As company grows it is losing some of it's smaller company feel. But that is to be expected
