Unlimited sick days, hybrid (50% in the office with WFH flexibility when needed), mental health resources, and fitness programs on-site and off-site. Overall great culture with the people I've worked with and good work-life balance. I had great support from the management I report to in professional development. I do enjoy my work and the people at BMS. If I change, it will be a tough decision.

Tuition reimbursement is per department (not always covered 100%); recent changes caused work overload and morale decrease, but still manageable.
