How is management perceived at Concentrix?

Salary is created on time and workplace is clean.

Less salary compared with other companies, minimal appraisal, politics driver culture, imaginary expectations of the managers and team leaders, it's a form of enslavement and personal life doesn't exist while working here.

Job security is great, cause there are people leaving every month due to improper management

Can't state one, there are multiple, immense stress provided by reporting Manager's, forced to give more hours than what we're getting paid for, in one day we have 24 hours out of which 14 hours we give to the company, which lacks work life balance, random ways to torture employees are always implemented, no appreciation ever done for a job well done but expected to always give more with the same salary, increasing workload in every possible way and stressing people out, basically extracting as much as they can from the employees that do work and are somewhat having responsibilities to cover bills and everything, they're exploited due to companies like such.

Flexible hours, hybrid system, location, team activities, good working conditions.

Lack of diversity and inclusion in management positions, professional progression depends on how much you please the manager and not on merit, employees' opinions are not taken into account, they say you have a multi-cultural environment but never celebrated african and asian countries days. The workload is heavy and even working overtime is never enough, which makes it difficult to combine family life with work.

It's good for job safety and the management is also nice when compared to other companies, where grilling an employee is a day to day job.

The payment is less according to the market

Horrible hours, schedule is not explained clearly, trainers and middle managers are extremely unprofessional, company illegally terminated me and several of my coworkers without notice and withheld pay.

They could improve the compensation package

Absolutely none! Terrible company, terrible managerial staff.

By far one of the worst and most unprofessional companies I have ever worked for. I had to take leave for a planned surgery that the company knew about before I even accepted the role, was made to feel terrible about having to do this then on my return to work I was put under immense pressure to meet well above targets as my time off affected the ratings. Managers are extremely rude and after handing in my notice I have spent 6 months trying to have my work from home equipment returned by a courier which still hasn’t been organised despite countless emails. I was then BILLED for this equipment despite the obvious paper trail I have showing my efforts. Upon asking for a contact address for payroll to have this resolved I am being IGNORED. They are also ignoring reference requests from new potential employers. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

You learn, you meet people and they are supportive

Almost minimum pay, no holidays, micromanagement, 30 minutes lunch, very unrealistic deadlines and management doesn't care what employees say.

poorly organised, looked at as a number and not a person, unnecessary pressure for minimum wage PT , lack of pay raise opportunities and depending on the project your on will depend on how hard or easily you can grow & some managers have a lack of people skills .
