The company provided a software that makes a difference in a lot of people’s lives

There have been lots of layoffs over the last year and a half. Many times you’re expected to work long hours and the company sales haven’t been going in a positive direction for the last few years resulting in little to no raises or promotions.

Great teams, each person I've worked for the most part are really good at what they do, good PTO, benefits are decent.

Seen about 3-4 layoffs since I've been for the short time, manager doesn't have a plan for promotion path, upper manager aren't transparent at all.

Good people all willing to help each other succeed

C-suite leadership is terrible Very difficult to succeed, and lots of layoffs (4) in a 2 year period. No loyalty to rank and file employees including managers. Very expensive and complex solutions, making them a target for their competition to replace easily

CEO enjoys to work with his friends and hires them

Executive Management works out the numbers to maximize the bonus. The payouts made to executive management is equivalent to historical layoffs. Stop nepotism. The company is for yay sayers
