Full time is exhausting Weird hours - working 5am-7am back in at 9am-12pm back again 4pm-7pm - not everyday but often work a couple of hours on the weekend Not bad pay but not great, running own business on the side is ideal, hard to do both with full time schedule

- Flexible schedule - Great environment - Decent workout & programming creativity from corporate - With the right Franchisee it can be an excellent place to work - Free membership! After 4 years I still enjoy taking the cardio & hybrid classes weekly.

- Again.. Having the right Studio Franchisee makes all the difference - Pay is typically not very competitive with other boutique fitness studios - Past experience as a studio manager - corporate felt a bit disconnected from studios at a ground level. - Not much opportunity to move past studio manager level unless you are in a large connected network group of franchised studios (e.g. CSG)

Easy schedule so flexible hours

Not enough hours, and pay is poor.

Members are great and the workouts are great.

Owner is not great. You're required to do more work for less pay than other locations.

Fun community that cares about their coaches

For part time coaches the pay is a great adjunct, but limited to full time employees.
