What is the salary like at F5?

great culture, financially stable, good benefits, decent pay, remote work friendly

no loyalty to employees, you are just another number and disposable as the next, very complex solutions requires more engineers to be available to assist customers, they don't celebrate wins no matter how small or large.

Great pay and perks in terms of insurance and benefits.

The people I worked with weren't genuine or transparent in terms of work. They're not open to suggestions. Will always play the blame game first.

being from IIT and comparing with other friends, not too happy with what they're paying and they're already paying me to the upper limit of what they can afford for sde2, the only reason of my promotion to sde2 was also because I joined this at ~70% of my previous salary. joined it solely for the culture and wanted to have some good time. just to give an idea, my previous company salary was 26 fixed, and f5 started with ~23(17fixed and ~6 stocks/other benefits) and even after promotion with 30%, they're giving ~30(21 fixed and ~10 stocks/other). kinda like even after 3 year of experience, my total pay growth ~10%
