Cons
Hours are inconsistent, you'll go from 4 days 5 hours to 6 days 12 hours. At one point i worked 13 days in a row, over Thanksgiving. The workload is unmanageable, you're required to check every single box, place it in 1 of your 4 vans, and never ever miss a box or set it to the side while you get overwhelmed. You don't get a lunch break if you work past 8 hours, instead they force you to stay for 30 minutes unpaid. They will give you packages well over 50 pounds with way too much work to get a team lift. You don't get health insurance, but you also need a doctors note if you're sick. They don't give references. The pay is less than 13/hr.
