      Pros

Positive changes were already made under the new CEO, towards employee well-being. beneficial focus on the workforce. There is also a lot of work to be done which means a good time to grow and career opportunities.

      Cons

Inflexible policies and understaffing have negatively impacted team morale. The 2024 layoffs have also contributed to widespread job insecurity. Communication has been always a huge problem, no empathy, a bit cold under the previous leadership at least.

      Pros

Fiserv has built a strong culture, where employee recognition and engagement are genuinely encouraged. Programs like peer recognition, living proofs and appreciation initiatives make a visible difference in motivation and morale. The working environment is collaborative and supportive, with teams that are approachable and willing to help. There is a clear focus on maintaining a respectful and inclusive workplace where employees can contribute meaningfully. Another strong point is the opportunity to learn and grow, especially if you are proactive. The organization offers exposure to diverse projects, learning platforms, global stakeholders, and evolving technologies, which is valuable for long-term career development. Overall, the company invests in recognition, teamwork, and employee development, making it a good place for professionals who value a stable and professional work environment.

      Cons

There can be opportunities to improve in decision-making speed particularly in cross-functional or global initiatives.

      Pros

Completing 5 years at Fiserv has been a truly rewarding experience. The journey has given me immense learning, career growth, and the chance to work with some amazing people. The work environment is professional, supportive, and motivating, which makes coming to work enjoyable every day. What I appreciate the most is the trust and exposure employees receive to handle responsibilities and grow in their roles. Over the years, I have gained valuable experience, improved my skills, and built meaningful connections with colleagues and leaders. Fiserv also maintains a great balance of work culture, employee engagement, and career opportunities, making it a wonderful place for long-term growth. Grateful for the journey so far and excited for the future ahead.

      Cons

We can sometimes become fast-paced during busy periods, and a few processes may take time due to approvals, However, every workplace has its own challenges and what matters most is having supportive team and a positive mind set to work through them together.

      Pros

There are many wonderful people, and the office I work at has a peaceful environment. There is a wide variety of snack options available and an open-door policy in place. The company is diverse and inclusive, offering several Employee Resource Groups (ERG). Fiserv/Clover encourages open communication and teamwork. Employees receive bonuses when certain deadlines are met, and there are ample opportunities for personal growth and career advancement within the company. Additionally, employees are allowed to request two weeks of work-from-home per year and receive full benefits.

      Cons

Sometimes, unrealistic expectations and a lack of current documentation (which affects both understanding current policies and updates/updates and training) are present. The siloing effect is prominent in certain areas. Additionally, the weekly one work-from-home day has been removed, so it is now required to be in the office every day.
