This company really is a red flag just from the applicant process. I was going to apply for a position but requested salary information as required by California state. It’s been 4 weeks. First message was that I wasn’t entitled to it. 2nd was they’d send it. 3rd message was asking for my zip code. This is the craziest way to run talent recruitment. This is a clear red flag.
