I had a disappointing experience at GT Bharat Academy. Despite paying a significant amount for a course, I encountered unprofessional behavior from some staff members. Specifically, one employee consistently engaged in inappropriate and unprofessional communication with me. Furthermore, the staff seemed disorganized and lacked clear direction. When I reported the harassment incident to my lead, I was initially met with dismissal, but after escalating the issue to the directors, they took action. Unfortunately, the teaching materials and class management also fell short of my expectations and overall most students I used to study with were of the same opinion. Overall, my experience at GT Bharat Academy was very negative and I eventually left to which they wouldn’t even offer me a refund, especially after a SA incident.
