The location was within walking distance of where I was living.

The town itself was too small and full of closed minded people. It offered little to no growth personally or professionally.
Decent pay and benefits, Senior leadership that seems to genuinely care for their people, good training program.

Heavy workload more often than not. Data onslaught. Too much time being spent with direct hands on production rather than actual tasks assigned to the job description.
