Pay is rather competitive for higher positions, a lot of overtime if you want it

The current manager takes everything as a joke, one of the supervisors refuses to learn absolutely any aspect of his role. You get little to no support on major tasks / projects

- if you are lucky enough, you will get great work life balance with high salary

- if you are unlucky, you will have to work 12hrs/day average, clean mess from your co-workers who works 8-5 , and receive same salary - toxic culture - a lot of harassment which never get something done even though someone reports about it - Nothing to learn from your seniors - you might be actually better than most of them. Some are really nice and smart but as average,,, this place is totally lost.
