What is the hiring process like at KBR?

      KBR reviews

      Team of Teams

      Project manager

      Pros

KBR pays its employees well and has good benefits.

      Cons

Job descriptions online are not always accurate. If you have the skills, submit your resume. Don't be put off if you don't have the degree. The hiring managers are not the ones that post job descriptions, but they are ones that see your resume.

I felt like a team member in part of a larger organization. Having felt the opposite, it was great to experience.

      Employee Centric!

      Current employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

KBR is a very employee centric organization with opportunities galore! The benefits are great and love the flex time! The robust Internal Mobility department is proof of KBR's commitment to keeping their employees. Plus, all sorts of training opportunities and if you want to get more involved, there are so many ways to contribute.

      Cons

As a remote employee I feel like some of the more exciting projects go to people local to where management sits and that can get frustrating. Often when a new position opens that would be a step up for people, the internal candidate is already identified. It's been near impossible to work up & grow my career.
