What is the salary like at NetApp?

Great people, competitive pay, good work life balance for the most part. Offices are nice and RTO policy is 2x a week

Lots of outside executive hires with high attrition on those levels. NetApp hires execs from our competitors and then they leave and go to another competitor. More frequent layoffs causing uncertainty amongst orgs and teams.
