      Had a long work from home, which is ended now. So no reason to stay.

      The salary hikes have been unsatisfactory. Last year, instead of providing a salary increase, management stated that since our competitors were offering lower salaries, we would do the same. This decision was further justified by referencing a negative performance review, although no details of the review were provided. Work assignments are not clearly defined, and there is an overwhelming workload on weekends without any compensatory time off. The year-end bonus has consistently been lower compared to industry standards, and management appears unwilling to adjust this to align with market competitors. Most notably, as part of a recent cost-cutting measure, all QA staff were converted to Development roles, resulting in demotions. For example, an MTS4 QA was reclassified as an MTS3 Developer. Overall, there is a noticeable lack of concern for employee well-being, with decisions often made solely in the interest of business priorities.

      Free food, drinks, nice people. Was able to work from home a couple days and times were flexible. Interesting work.

      - Upper management does not know what they want to do and messaging is contradictory to what they actually do. - They keep rolling back the days that we have to come into the office - it was 2 days when I started, then it became 3, now there's whispers of 4. And it's a hard requirement of x amount of days per quarter, so if you get sick or take a vacation, you have to make those days up. - The business processes are lacking structure - documentation is all over the place, trying to figure out who to talk to when you have a problem is an adventure in frustration, and they are pushing AI hard but do not mandate any specific tool, so it's all over the place. - There seems to be a bias towards the folks in India - no will admit it, but it is readily obvious to new employees. And there is an undercurrent of "Us" vs "Them" - The review/rating structure is so bad and something I have never encountered before - if you are rated at a certain level by your manager, that may not be what you ultimately get because your rating is not just based on your personal performance, but also the ratings of others.

      Working from the office is not mandatory. Focus on productivity, number of days off at the company's expense during the year and other benefits.

      People usually work from home which makes it difficult to get to know people in the company outside of your group or team.
