      Pros

      - Company benefits are competitive but not the salary and increment. - Lots of teambuilding, trainings, events, outings, free food. (Way too many trainings until employees burnout)

      Cons

      - Leaders don't communicate to each other and provide many last minute work notice, then expect subordinates to perform extremely well. -Office politic sentiment is quite strong here compared to previous companies I've been to. -Prepare to work till 4am then start work at 7am regularly in this role. -Under constant pressure & No work life balance at all. -Find your health deteriorating by constantly falling sick.

      Pros

      Cons

-this wasnt for every petron outlet, im just talking about mine previously, its mostly bad becausee of the owner/boss -very low salary, absolite minimum, zero ellowance or benefit etc, -since working as cashier, its normal that some times the money in the drawer wasnt the same as in the system, when that happen they will deduct from ur salary. -during my final month working there, i work over time for hours, yet still i only get rm700 when i should get 1400, when i ask why because they said short -no comment, not like i work there for only few days, been working there for months, i know i didnt count them wrong

      Rigid & too much work
