- Lack of performance incentive, a good worker gets the same increment and bonus as lazy ones. there is no drive to work hard.
- Unclear direction of what the company is doing (e.g how they are driving the business). People do not know what they are working for.
- the workforce is old and some are very negative. complaint about the pay but are not able to keep up with the technology and lack the drive to improve themselves. Some are too uncomfortable.
- little growth as a company. without SIA, the company can barely survive
- management cares too much about high mc rate , but didnt understand the reasons or care about staff much
