      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Good work life balance, fair salary according to the complexity of the role

      Cons

Promotions are not based on merits and employee qualities, it is all about how you manage relationships with seniors. Very poor diversity, there are only 2 dominant nationalities at senior level.
