You’ll find out fast if it’s for you

      Customer service representative
      Former employee
      Mount Laurel, NJ
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Decent paycheck, opportunity for overtime, decent PTO, and VTO

      Cons

Hours, non stop calls, not enough sick time, and vague work from home policies, was hired work from home and then they started “moments that matter” for one day at the office and I always felt on edge about when we would go back to full time. So if you’re looking for work from home, don’t apply.
