Absolutely no pros whatsoever, honestly such a disgrace of a company!

      Cons

No respect, no trust, no honesty, no progression, no benefits, pay is laughable.

      Cons

Poor equipment maintenance such as computer set, some monitors don't function and blurry, unavailable keyboards and mouse. Sometimes slow internet connection and computer navigation. No free meals and snacks, except for coffee but still you have to pay for the disposable cup/mug

      Customer service agent
      Current employee

      Business outlook

      Pros

      * work from home * flexible on schedules with make up time sometimes available * licensing is paid for by the company, as well as any classes that are required. * PTO * Can do full or part time

      Cons

      * have to take paid time off for every request off: this tells me the company does not want people to have vacations which is a HUGE red flag. Better way to avoid that is to give paid vacation that can only be used for vacation and sick time/appointment paid time off (or unpaid, that is fine too) can only be used that. * health benefits are terrible. Really expensive and high deductibles for "affordable" insurance, but unmanageable when you have dependents. If you need to use the insurance really only gives a discount. There is only one insurance that is listed with acceptable terms, but too expensive to take. I am forced to take this insurance since it is "affordable", but at least got my dependents a better insurance through someone else (I don't qualify). Maybe go through someone other than United Healthcare, they really do not care about their customer base.

      Pros

Pays well, offers overtime, that’s it

      Cons

The company itself is ok but some supervisors are ridiculous! I’m currently looking for a new job because after suffering from my entire city being struck by a hurricane. No power, no water, gas or food for weeks and I was accused of submitting false documents by a supervisor after already being out of work for no fault of my own because I work at home and CANNOT work without power. That was such a slap in the face and really hurt since I been here 2 years, but currently searching for a new job.

Run away! High demands, low return

      Interpreter/translator
      Former freelancer
      Warsaw, Masovia
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

      Remote work, fast recruitment process

      Cons

Working at Teleperformance LLS ( language line solutions) as an interpreter has been one of the most frustrating jobs I’ve had. The pay is extremely low for a role that requires strong language skills, quick thinking, and emotional resilience. It feels more like intern-level pay, and even night shifts are paid at a low rate. The call volume can be overwhelming, often back-to-back, with only 50 minutes of break time for the entire day. You’re expected to be at your computer the rest of the time, which becomes mentally exhausting. Benefits are minimal, and for a company of this size, you would expect better support. There is constant monitoring, and even technical issues outside your control can lead to reprimands. Client complaints are taken seriously, but interpreters rarely feel supported. Overall, there is very little appreciation or respect for the work interpreters do. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for fair pay and a supportive work environment.

Unless you NEED a job, DO NOT WORK HERE

      Anonymous employee
      Current employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

It is a paycheck (not steady, we'll get into that). While it is not the lowest paying job in the world, they are clearly underpaying all their employees (we'll get into that) while posting the second highest earnings ever last year and PROFITTING $600 million in 2023. I can assure you not a dime of that went to an employee.

      Cons

Let's start with benefits. They exist. If you want to use your whole check to pay for them. And that's as a single person. If you have a family and want insurance, you basically would have to pay the company to work here. In my life as both an insurance rep and having worked several companies, I have never ever seen WORSE benefits, not even with start-ups. There is no PTO. Work life balance is non-existent. They DON'T pay for ANY holidays. Christmas? Nope. Thanksgiving? Nope. You have to use your own PTO to get paid time off on the holidays. This company DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES. At the time of writing this it's December. Christmas month. We're paid a performance bonus if we meet certain requirements of performance. It's not a big bonus. Over the course of the month it's $160, but in order for them to pay that to us they have siphoned off our working hours!!!! Are you kidding me? What an absolute disgrace. This company profitted 600 MILLION. PROFITTED NOT MADE, PROFITTED 600 MILLION in 2023. And they are shaving, NOT OVERTIME, our working hours from 9-5 to pay us, IF we meet the metrics, a measly $160. I am embarrassed to work here. My team is good. But that's the luck of the draw. In my department I came in with a group that were split up on to different teams. It is clear that some of the leadership should not have the positions that they have. They're unhelpful, IF they answer, not very knowledgeable and dismissive. I am BLESSED and FORTUNATE that my TL is an amazing TL, but again that's luck of the draw. There are some great people that work here...they should be working for another company. The rest of the people...I'm not mad at them. When this company underpays you, provides no reasonable benefits, and REQUIRES YOU to take YOUR EARNED PTO to pay for holidays, I wouldn't put my best foot forward either.

Poor Parking & Self-Transport Policy Reflects Lack of Planning and Accountability

      Anonymous employee
      Current employee
      Hyderābād
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

I did not find any pros so far.

      Cons

One of the worst and most frustrating policies at Teleperformance is the 4-wheeler parking and self-transport policy, which feels highly discriminatory, poorly planned, and inconsistently enforced. Employees are told that self-transport is allowed, yet at the same time, we are not permitted to come by car. We are told we can only come by two-wheeler, which removes employee choice entirely. Whether an employee uses a bike or a car should be their personal preference, not an arbitrary restriction imposed due to the company’s lack of infrastructure planning. The most disappointing part is the constant blame-shifting: HR says Admin is responsible Admin says the Reporting Manager must raise an exception When an exception is raised, Admin responds that there are no parking slots available If there are genuinely no parking slots, then a serious question arises: > Why is the organization continuously hiring more employees without scaling basic infrastructure like parking? To make matters worse, employees are informally advised to park their cars outside on public roads, many of which are clearly marked as “No Parking” zones. If an employee is fined or their vehicle is towed: The company does not take any responsibility No reimbursement or support is provided The risk is entirely pushed onto the employee This creates an unfair situation where employees are: Allowed self-transport but restricted in how Forced to take legal and financial risks Left confused due to no clear written policy Overall, this reflects poor planning, lack of transparency, and zero ownership across departments. A company of this size should not be cutting corners on something as basic as parking while continuing aggressive hiring. This experience significantly impacts morale and gives employees the feeling that convenience and safety are not a priority.
