Cons
- Verbal harassment daily from patients and untrained rotating “security” (I was reception and security some days)
- 10 hr shift with only 30 minute break
- Extremely little pay for employees, given how much they make and continue to raise customers prices.
- Cuts entire departments so CEO’s can get pay raises and then pawns off those duties on to current employees (with no extra pay raise / training).
- Protects employees in power only, regardless of countless anonymous reports from multiple employees
- Unclear guidelines consistently and inadequate training for employees once Cannabist took over (specifically regarding new “tasks” forced on to employees from department cuts)
- Constantly cutting corners. Company solely cares about money.
